Frequently Asked Questions
Is my data stored or shared?
No. Your lab results are sent once for analysis, processed in memory, and never written to disk. They are never shared with anyone. Site measurement never includes anything from your report.
How accurate is the AI analysis?
LabClarity uses Claude AI to provide plain-English explanations. It does not diagnose conditions or replace medical professionals. Always consult your doctor for medical decisions.
What file formats are supported?
We support JPEG, PNG, WebP images, PDF documents, and plain text. You can also paste lab results as text or paste a screenshot directly.
Do I need an account?
No. You can analyse one report free without an account. A free account lets you analyse more files, see every value explained and export a PDF to take to your doctor.
Can I export my results?
Yes. After analysis you can export your consolidated results as a PDF to share with your doctor.
